A pivotal part of the visit was the exchange of several key memoranda of understanding (MoUs). These MoUs covered diverse areas, including visa exemption for various passport types, the establishment of a joint committee for foreign affairs, exchange of governmental expertise, and initiatives in digital learning and media collaboration. Significantly, the MoUs were exchanged in the presence of high-ranking officials from both countries, exemplifying the importance of these agreements. Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, UAE Minister of State, and Batmunkh Battsetseg, Mongolian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, were the signatories, marking a new chapter in UAE-Mongolian diplomacy.

The discussions also veered towards the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference (COP28), underlining the critical role of international cooperation in addressing global challenges such as climate change and sustainable development. This meeting not only reinforces the strategic ties between the UAE and Mongolia but also sets a precedence for international diplomatic relations focused on sustainable and inclusive growth.
